pAd

Rome-based producer, DJ, arranger and multi-instrumentalist Alessandro La Padula, aka pAd,  likes to blend together genres like Italo disco, balearic, jazz, funk, house, ambient, library music and world music. He has recorded for labels in Europe and the US. pAd started his journey into music in a little radio station in the south of Italy, where, at just 12 years old, he learned to DJ. He is one of the founding members of Roman underground band Masoko, jazz-punk improvisation collective GASP!, and house/techno producing duo The Zars. pAd started collaborating with Four Flies Records thanks to his passion for vinyl and for Italian library music, which has become an inspiring influence in his productions.
